.A period of moderately strong southerly winds ahead of a cold
front is expected near midday Wednesday, shifting westerly in the
afternoon.
...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 2 PM PST
WEDNESDAY...
* WHAT...South winds 15 to 20 knots with local gusts to 25 knots
will develop overnight into Wednesday morning. Winds will become
westerly around midday but weaken quickly during the afternoon.
* WHERE...Waters from San Mateo point to the Mexican Border
Extending 30 to 60 nm out including San Clemente Island and
Coastal Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican Border and
out to 30 nm.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 2 PM PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
