It's a must-win game for Trumbull; if they lose, they are in a 3-way tie with Nashua and and state champion New Milford, which rebounded from a 6-0 loss to Trumbull 6-0 Saturday with an 8-1 victory over Plymouth, Mass.
The top two teams in each of two plays face off in a semifinal twinbill Monday at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. Both games can be seen on the HAN Network and will stream live on hanradio.com.
The championship game at 6:30 p.m. Tueseday will also be streaming video on the HAN Network, with streaming audio at hanradio.com.
Play in pool A ended this morning with Pittsfield, Mass., blanking Brattleboro, Vt., 11-0.
Pittsfield won Pool A with a 3-0 record and will face the second-place team in Pool B at 7:30 p.m. Monday
Augusta, Maine, which edged Cranston, R.I., to open play Sunday, will face the winner of Pool B Monday at 4:30 p.m.
