The Tashua Knolls Senior Men’s Club Tuesday Bowling at Nutmeg Bowl on Dec. 6 saw Team 2 (Jim Frisino, Hugh Norton, John Campbell, Angelo Cordone) and Team 15 (Lou Rybar, Bob Vagnini, Ron Fiorella, Ken Kanyuck) move into first place by two points, ahead of Team 1 (Dick Stein, Carl Noll, Gerry Cordone, Joe Alarcon).

Once again we had one bowler do it all namely, Clint Vogel who had the high scratch single of 247, the three game scratch series of 680, the single game with handicap of 292, and the series with handicap of 815 (a new season high).

The league’s individual high average is Angelo Grande at 201.

Grande and Dave Martini are now the leaders for match points won with 56.

At the Nutmeg Lanes, the Friday League on Dec. 9 has Team 3 (Bob Thompson, Dave Martini, Gerry Cordone, Gerorge Warner) increase its first place lead to 10 points.

Team 4 (Roy Green, Ralph Keese, Tom Constantino, Angelo Cordone) and Team 7 (George Koulouris, Glenn Mackno, John Campbell, Ernie Santo) are tied for second place.

John Verdeschi had the high scratch single of 243, Rich Schwam had the series scratch high of 696, and Sam Cicalo had the single game with handicap of 287 and the series with handicap of 773.

The league’s individual high average is Rich Schwam at 216.
