Tashua Knolls Ladies Nine Hole League closed the 2016 golf season with a luncheon banquet at Mill River Country Club in Stratford.
Mary Ellen Baker and Linda DeLuca were distinguished during the gathering, Baker for Most Improved Golfer of the season, and DeLuca for Flight Three champion.
The slate of officers for 2017 were presented and sworn: Janet Melfi as President, Chris DeGennaro and Sue Phannkuch, Vice Presidents, Secretary Pat Milot and Treasurer Barbara Pulie.
Serving on the Board of Directors for the upcoming season will be: Ginna Campbell, Meg Cole, Karen Daly, Judy DeLibro, Eileen Jesson and Patti Shea.
