Bob Thompson posts personal best

The Tashua Knolls Senior Men’s Club Tuesday Bowling League at the Nutmeg Lanes on Jan. 27, was postponed because of the “Blizzard of 2015.”

At the Nutmeg Lanes, the Friday League on Jan. 30, saw Team 8 (Russ Jagoe, George Warner, Dennis Russell and Bob Burke) move into first place by one point.

Joe Alarcon had the high scratch single of 243 and Bob Burke, the high scratch series of 611.

Alarcon also had the single game with handicap of 258, and Bob Thompson the series with handicap of 667 (his individual season best).

The high average individual is Carl Bluestein with a 192 average.
