Trumbull Elite Sports Training training option for all

Insports Ct., has added another feature to its program offerings when “TEST,” opened its doors earlier this month to train athletes of all ages and all sports and the parents who sit and watch their kids play these sports.

John Brace, John Carlozzi and Lloyd Weinstein, the owners of TEST, bring 50-plus years of experience and a variety of backgrounds and skills to help athletes and parents meet their sport specific and fitness goals.

“Insports is incredibly excited to have Trumbull Elite Sports Training as a partner in our facility,” said -  Peter Corbett, President and CEO of Insports, “T.E.S.T will provide much needed sports performance, personal training, speed, agility and strength training to Trumbull and surrounding communities and to the thousands of athletes already participating in our leagues, instructional programs, tournaments and practices at Insports.

“We feel that the integration of this type of sports performance training at our facility will fill a huge gap in the community and provide unique and convenient programs that incorporate both on field and traditional speed and strength training.

“Nowhere else can athletes of all ages train year round on the same fields and courts on which they will compete in their sport.”

Brace is currently the co-owner of Achieve Fitness an 8,000 square foot Personal/Sport Specific facility in Norwalk.

A former Trumbull High football standout, he has a degree in business administration from Western Connecticut State University and holds a variety of certifications in the fitness field.
