The winter sports season is underway in Trumbull, as Trumbull High School and St. Joseph High School are battling the best competition around.
Here is a list of varsity events going on for Tuesday. As always, check with your athletic department for any changes to dates and times (home games are in bold):
Trumbull High School
Boys Basketball: vs. Ridgefield High School, 7 p.m.
Girls Basketball: at Ridgefield High School, 7 p.m.
Gymnastics vs. Darien High, Greenwich High (at Greenwich YWCA), 5 p.m.
St. Joseph High School
Girls Basketball: vs. Westhill High School, 7 p.m.
Boys Basketball: at Westhill High School, 7 p.m.
Gymnastics: Staples, Fairfield Warde (Gymnastics & Cheer Academy), 6:30 p.m.
