The Trumbull High School girls lacrosse team was able to answer St. Joseph High School every time the Cadets attempted a comeback and came away with the 17-13 victory yesterday afternoon.
The Eagles were led by Emily Uus, who finished the game with a game-high seven goals. Not to be outdone was Jen Becker, who added four goals. Carly Colon added three goals for Trumbull High, while the trio of Emma Moody, Avery Collins and Emily Tinnsez pitched in with one goal each.
