In a return to his alma mater, Trumbull High boys lacrosse coach coach Jim Kammerman’s saw his Eagles defeat the Norwalk High, the school he graduated from in 1989,  by a score of 15-8 on Thursday.

After opening the game down 5-0, Trumbull outscored the Bears 15-3 the rest of the way.

The Eagles were led by senior captain Sam Watson, who netted seven goals and senior midfielder Brendan Butler, who scored four times.

Other goal scorers included seniors Tom Schutz and Jacob Howes, as well as sophomore Ryan Jones.

Trumbull will celebrate Senior Day on Saturday, taking on Trinity Catholic at 12 p.m.
