Pat Corcoran out of St. Joseph High and a junior on the Quinnipiac University men’s lacrosse team earned All-New England honors for the second straight year.

Corcoran was recognized by the New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) posted solid numbers throughout the 2014 campaign.

He finished with 11 goals and nine assists for his second consecutive 20-point season and third straight 15-point season.

Despite missing some time with an injury, Corcoran appeared in 12 of the 14 games which included 11 in a starting role.

Highlighted by two goals and three assists in the win at Monmouth, Corcoran tallied three four-point games this year.

He had a hat trick in the win against Manhattan and dished out a season-high three assists in the win at Detroit.

He also finished second on the team with 10 caused turnovers.
