Trumbull High’s Tyler Gleen won the 600-meter run in 1:22.56 and the Eagles’ Dylan McEniry, Tyler Rubush, Taylor Auten and Gleen took the 4x800 title with a time of 8:12.19 at the Class LL Indoor Track championships held in New Haven on Thursday.

Danbury was boys team champion, followed by Brien McMahon, Glastonbury, Amity, Staples, Hamden and Trumbull.

McEniry, Rubush, Auten and Gleen took third in the 4x400 relay in 3:34.10.

The 1600 sprint medley relay team of Dylan Wong, McEniry, Colin McLevy and Rubush took fifth with a time of 3:46.89.

McLevy was 11th in the long jump (19-05.75).

Andrew Bont was 14th in the shot put (38-0).

The 4x200 relay team of Wong, Pedro Feliciano, Seth Simon and Matthew Pryor were 18th (1:41.91).

Charlie Taubl was 19th (10:11.39) and Mitch Vecchione 29th (10:35.30) in the 3200.

Trumbull girls

Kate Romanchick took second in the 3,200-meter run with a time of 11:20.70, trailing only Staples’ Hannah DeBalsi’s 10:53.49. Romanchick’s run was nine seconds better than her seed time; DeBalsi’s four seconds.

Trumbull tied for 12th. Danbury, Ridgefield, Glastonbury, Staples and Greenwich were the top five teams in scoring.

The 4x800 relay team of Sydney Adams, Sophia Hopwood, Ashley Storino and Romanchick placed fourth in 10:02.38, nearly six seconds better than seed.

The 4x200 team of Gessica Scaccia, Lianne Iassogna, Erica Woolen and Haley Mocker were 11th in 1:53.59.

The 4x400 relay team of Scaccia, Storino, Mocker and Lauren Brideau were 13th in 4:27.84.

Woolen was 12th in the high jump (4-8) and Nicole Baker 12th in the shot put (27-09.75).

Hopwood was 20th in the 3200 (12:16.21) and Margaret LoSchiavo was 28th (12:41.95).
