Delaney Walsh had two first-place finishes when Trumbull High edged out Fairfield Ludlowe, 94-92, in girls swimming and diving in Trumbull on Wednesday.

Walsh was best in the 200 intermediate medley (2:22.23) and the 100 breaststroke (1:14.09).

Ludlowe’s Sarah Grinalds was also a double winner, taking first in the 500 freestyle (5:15.77) and the 200 freestyle (1:59.69).

Trumbull’s Sammi Werner, Walsh, Stephanie Chow and Sophia Bragg took first in the 200 medley relay (1:57.96).

Chow won the 100 butterfly (1:02.68).

Ludlowe’s Katie Thornton took first in the 50 freestyle (25.97), Meghan Phelan the 100 freestyle (56.65) and Hannah Arman the 100 backstroke (1:03.78).

Phelan, Holmberg, Cumello and Grinalds were first in the 200 freestyle relay (1:45.75).

Thornton, Phelan, Arman and Grinalds won the 400 freestyle relay (352.09).
