Christian Heritage School defeated Harvey School, 4-0, in an HVAL girls soccer semifinal game on Wednesday.

Harvey was content to put numbers behind the ball and clog up the box.

CHS was committed to the attack, looking for offense despite the high number of defenders.

In the 17th minute, Bella Christian broke the deadlock as she received a great pass from Natania Muriel to put CHS up 1-0.

Despite keeping the pressure on the Harvey defensive third, it wasn’t until the 38th minute that CHS was able to get a second goal as Ranita Muriel finished a free kick from keeper Soph Luft.

In the second half, Christian scored for her second goal of the game on a Muriel pass.

Lydia Kellogg finished a Sophia Mammana corner late in the game to seal the victory for CHS.

CHS is now 16-2-1 and will face Watkinson on Saturday in their league championship game.
