Girls indoor track: St. Joseph excels at Invitational

St. Joseph High’s Jada Harris won the hurdles and finished second in the high jump, qualifying for states in both events, at the Hillhouse Indoor Track Invitational on Saturday, Dec. 19.

Emma LaBash and Lydia Seyer both qualified FCIACS in the hurdles.

Freshman Olivia Johnson qualified for states in the 55-meter run.

The 4x200 relay team of Christina Sylvester. Arianna Morton, LaBash and Harris qualified for states.

The Cadets placed fifth overall at the Hillhouse Relays on Saturday, Dec. 26.

The 55-hurdle relay team of Harris and Labash won the event.

The high jump relay of Sophia Jagoe-Seidl, LaBash and Harris finished second.

The shot team of Jagoe-Seidl, Liz Holmes and Marie Rodriguez finished fourth.
