The Trumbulll High girls basketball team took a three-point lead into the fourth quarter of its FCIAC road game with Westhill High in Stamford on Friday.

When the Eagles put together a 22-8 run in the final frame, they left with a 48-31 victory for the 150th win at THS for head coach Steve Tobitsch.

Trumbull, 12-2 overall and 9-1 in the FCIAC, led Westhill 10-4 after one period and 17-13 at the half.

The Vikings, led by Olivia Wise (11 points), won the third stanza by a score of 10-9.

Claudia Tucci was 7 for 11 from the foul line and scored 11 points for Trumbull.

Julie Keckler scored 11 points.

Alyssa Breunig scored 10 points with seven rebounds.

Taylor Brown had six rebounds and five points.

Nina Vetter had eight rebounds.

Victoria Ray had five assists and five rebounds.

Trumbull will be home to Norwalk High on Monday, Feb. 1, at 7 p.m.
