CHS nine wins, 7-3

The Christian Heritage School of Trumbull’s baseball team defeated Harvey, 7-3, on Saturday.

Harvey started off the game hot, jumping out to a quick 2-0 lead.

Christian Heritage battled back with one run in the second inning and two in the fourth before finally blowing it open with four runs in the sixth.

Tim Vander Have pitched six innings, allowing three earned runs striking out 10, as well as contributing at the plate with two hits and an RBI.

Connor Hartman closed out the win with a scoreless seventh, striking out one.

Austin Dignan went 2 for 2 with a double an RBI and two stolen bases.
