CHS took 12 shots in the first half, 9 going on frame, but were unable to score.

CHS’ lone senior Michaela Korman, honored prior to the game, kept the game even at zero with a huge save on Forman’s best opporunity in the 18th minute.

The second half started with CHS getting a scoring opportunity within the first 45 seconds. It wasn’t until the 48th minute, however, that CHS was able to puncture the Forman defense off a goal from deep by Lizzy Barna.

The flood gates opened shortly after, as CHS poured in four more goals.

Dana Daconto registering her first hat trick of the season and Barna also scored, as thgirls ended the regular season at 10-5-1 and in second place in the Housatonic Valley Athletic League.
