The Christian Heritage girls varsity soccer team ran its unbeaten streak to four games with a 6-1 victory over the Forman School.

CHS avenged last season’s loss in the league championship, and improved to 3-2-1 on the season, helped by a fast start.

Lizzy Barna opened the scoring in the second minute of the game. CHS kept the pressure on and added a second goal in the 10th minute when Lindsey Augustin scored off a through ball from Barna.

Christian Heritage had a 5-0 halftime lead off goals from Dana Daconto, Augustin’s second goal, and Rachel Cook.

The second half started with more chances for CHS, but it wasn’t until the 60th minute of the game that it was able to break through and added the sixth goal on Rachel Cook’s second goal of the game.

CHS will play Watkinson School on Friday night in its Homecoming match.
