The Trumbull High boys swimming and diving team placed 10th at the FCIAC Championships.

Greenwich took home the team title, followed by Darien and New Canaan.

Leading the way for coach Bill Strickland was Jimmy Donahue, who placed seventh in the 50 freestyle with a time of 22.94.

The 400 freestyle relay team finished 15th.

James Tamarkin, Harshpreet Singh, Luke Montanaro and Bowen Redgate  took four seconds off their seed time to swim a 3:42.87.

The 200 medley relay team was two-plus seconds ahead of seed time. Redgate, Montanao, Joseph Burt and Donahue swam a 1:55.30 to place 16th.

Tamarkin, Singh, Donahue and Jared Stickle were 16th in the 400 freestyle relay with a time of 1:37.98, just under three seconds better than seed.
