The Christian Heritage School boys basketball team finished up its third away game in six days, losing to The Harvey School in Katonah, NY., 68-56, on Thursday, Jan. 14.

After a slow start, some free throws from Tim Vanderhave got the Kingsmen flowing on offense, and strong team defense turned an 11-point deficit into only six going into halftime.

The second half was a battle, with the lead for the Cavaliers extending to 14 and being shortened to as much as four.

Despite Clay Westermann scoring 16 of his 25 points in the final 16 minutes (including three 3-pointers), the Kingsmen couldn’t pull off the win.

The varsity boys record drops to 4-5 with their next game Friday, Jan 15, at home vs Chase at 7 p.m.
