Bob Winston had the high scratch single game of 266, the single game with handicap at 291, and the three-game series of 664, when the Tashua Knolls Senior Men’s Club Tuesday Bowling League met on Oct. 19 at the Nutmeg Lanes in Fairfield.
Team 2 (Hugh Norton, Alan Careddu, Noel Gabrielle, Bob Beck) are in first place with a two-point lead over Team 12 (Joe Flewellyn, Mark Paskus, Terry Guth, Robert Winston).
Terry Guth bowled the three-game series with handicap of 741.
The individual high match points leaders are Tim Mahoney and Clint Vogel with 25 points.
Team 12 set a new season-high for team single game with handicap at 1,000.
Friday League bowling on Oct. 22 saw Team 9 (Walter Hart, Hank Giannini, Andy Deyulio, Carl Bluestein) take over first place by two points and lead four teams tied for second place.
Bob Beck bowled the single-game scratch of 264, the three-game series scratch of 718, the single game with handicap of 296, and the three-game series with handicap of 814. The single game with handicap tied Mark Ryan’s game, the later three categories were new season highs.
