Trumbull knocks down threes, defeats Danbury in girls basketball

Megan Garrity led the way with 16 points as Trumbull went on the road to defeat Danbury 60-47 in girls’ basketball on Tuesday.

Emi Roberto scored 11 points, Sarah Stolze 10, Emma Gentry eight and Lauryn Wright eight for the balanced Eagles.

Garrity made four of Trumbull’s nine 3-pointers.
