Stamford tops St. Joseph in FCIAC boys basketball opener

Stamford defeated St. Joseph 52-44 in boys’ basketball on Saturday.

Davion Pinn scored 12 points for the winning Black Knights (4-1, 1-0 FCIAC).

Derek Long led St. Joseph with 15 points in the FCIAC opener for both teams.

Will Syndor had 12 points for the Cadets (2-2).
