Senior Men’s Club opens season at Tashua Knolls Golf Course

The Tashua Knolls Senior’s Men’s Club kicked off its 2021 season at Tashua Knolls Golf Course with approximately 75 players involved in the first Board Tournament on April 14.

The Low Gross from the White Tees was won by Len Szturma with a 79.

Jack Timchak finished second with an 82 and Ken Walsh had an 84 for third place.

The winners for the Low Net (White Tees) had Marc Zaken in first place with a net 67. Joseph Flewellyn finished in second with a 68. Third place went to Bob Flemming with a 69. Jim Menge took fourth with a 70. Steve Stefkovich had a 73 for fifth place. Joe DeLuca and Mark Ryan had 73s for sixth and seventh place.

The Low Net (Green Tees) had Joe Puma in first place with a net 71. Second place went to Clint Vogel with a 72. Third place went to Bob Kilton with a 72. Dick Lund was fourth and Felix Esposito fifth and sixth with 73s. Mike McGraw was sixth with a 75.

The closest to the pin on the 3rd hole went to Bob Winston at 16 feet 7 inches.

The closest on #17 was Jim Brodie at 17 feet 10 inches.
