Greenwich holds off Trumbull in girls basketball

Greenwich used a big edge in the second quarter to go on top of Trumbull and prevailed 63-59 in FCIAC girls’ basketball.

Carolyn Frankle had 21 points to lead Greenwich (4-5).

Megan Garrity made four 3-pointers and finished with 28 points for Trumbull (5-5, 3-3 FCIAC). Emma Gentry scored 15.
