Albert Sivahop, age 75, of Trumbull, beloved husband of Lois Kosik Sivahop, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 in St. Vincent\u2019s MC, Bridgeport. Mr. Sivahop, a retired Design Engineer for Sikorsky Aircraft was born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, to the late John and Mary (Marko) Sivahop, and has been a long time area resident. He was a graduate of Temple University, CREI, University of New Haven, University of Connecticut, and he attended New York University. Albert was a firm believer in education and that one should learn something new each day. Survivors in addition to his wife, include his brother Thomas, 2 sisters Lorraine Rosencrans and her husband Grant, and Margaret Solt all of Pennsylvania, brother-in-law Joseph Kosik, sisters-in-law Mary, Susan and husband Joseph, Helen and husband Leonard, Judy and husband Dave, Nancy and husband Eric, and several nieces and nephews. A Divine Liturgy with Office of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 23rd at 10 a.m. in St. John\u2019s Byzantine Catholic Church, Nichols. Interment will be in Nichols Village Cemetery. At the family\u2019s request calling hours have been omitted.
