Letter: Vicki Tesoro is a passionate advocate for Trumbull

To the Editor:
We moved to Trumbull from White Plains, New York in 2002. Our kids were starting school at Madison Middle School and Trumbull High. Since I had been very involved in the schools in White Plains, I started to volunteer at both schools.
One of the first people I met was Vicki Tesoro. Over the years, that relationship turned into a friendship as I worked with Vicki on THS-PTSA Board, the Under Age Drinking Forum Committee, and Post Prom – just to name a few.
If I had to choose one word to describe Vicki, it would be passionate. Vicki is passionate about Trumbull, and she will bring that passion, along with her honesty and unrivaled work ethic, to the Office of First Selectman. I am proud to call her my friend, I am proud to call her my district representative to the Town Council, and I will be even prouder to call her first selectman.
I am a born-and-raised registered Republican, but on November 3rd I will be voting for Vicki Tesoro for first selectman of Trumbull. I hope that others will join me.
