To the Editor:
We will miss you! The Town of Trumbull loses one of its Community jewels. Yes, Susan Horton, the Trumbull Library Director will retire in mid June. Sue, the “Energy Bunny” has brought an energetic and dynamic attitude to the Town. She has been instrumental in introducing new programs and events. The Library now rocks with activity and finding an available space for another meeting is difficult.
She was always ready to fill the need if some detail was omitted. She never asked if it was “her job” but rather found a way to make it happen. As you move on, know that we are thankful you took the time in your career to stop in Trumbull. The Town of Trumbull has benefited from your expertise and enthusiasm. Best wishes and success in your next career.
