To the Editor:

Muhammad Ali, the greatest athlete of all; in the ring of life, he took a fall.

The only event he lost, in his time; when called to God, he did not mind.

A legend to the world, an Olympic star, too; he carried the Olympic torch, for me and for you.

Three times champ, what more can I say; Medal of Freedom, Lifetime Achievement award, came his way.

Understanding, respect, hope and love; was his mantra, from above.

He wanted peace, this is what he preached; to as many people, that he could reach.

Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee; the hands can’t hit what the eyes cannot see.

In the ring of life, he took his first fall.

Muhammad Ali, the greatest athlete of all.
