Wolfie’s Birthday Celebrations will be held at Ruby Tuesday’s on Tuesday, Jan. 13-Thursday, Jan. 15. More information will be sent home including the flyer you need to take with you to Ruby Tuesdays for Frenchtown’s Give Back Promotion.

The Father’s Club is looking for gift donations for their annual raffle at the Superbowl Breakfast on Feb. 1. If you can donate an adult or kid item, contact Joe Peddle or Jim Clausi. Volunteers are also needed at the event — dads or kids looking for volunteer hours. If you can help, contact Tim Honychurch or Jeremy Stewart.
The first PTA meeting of the year is on Thursday, Jan. 8, in the Media Center at 7 p.m. Future fundraising options will be one of the topics being discussed. All parents are welcome to attend.

Madison Readers, take the Sound Tigers Winter Reading Challenge! Students who read just one book over winter vacation get a free Sound Tigers ticket for the game on Jan. 17. All reading forms are due to Ms. Dwyer in the media center by Jan. 13 to be eligible. Go to the media center or main office to pick up a reading form for the free ticket. Calling all penguins! All Madison students are invited to brave the cold with a handful of Madison teachers for the March 14 Penguin Plunge. For the 5th year in a row, we will be diving into the icy waters at Compo Beach in Westport to support Special Olympics of Connecticut. If you are a “penguin” and interested in having fun to support a great cause, go to the guidance office for information.
