The Tashua Country Fair is coming to Tashua School, 401 Stonehouse Road, on Saturday, May 18, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., at the school, rain or shine. Food, games, inflatables, prizes, auction and much more. Fun for the whole family. Open to the public.

This year’s prize auction of more than 70 items features 20 themed baskets, including Pamper Yourself, It’s BBQ Time! and Doing it Local, to name a few, all valued at a minimum of $50. Other items include: gift certificates to Guacamole Grill, MacDaddy’s, Marisa’s and Old Town Restaurant; a ride in a police car and firetruck; games; crafts; and experiences especially for Tashua students donated by Tashua teachers and staff members. In addition, accommodations at six different luxury Caribbean resorts will be available via silent auction.

A DJ will be playing the latest hits outside on the playground, where inflatables, crafts, games and other activities will keep kids of all ages entertained. Use your throwing skills to try dunking a teacher or staff member at the dunk tank. Come and guess the weight of their special guest, Wilber the Pig, and win a $20 iTunes card. Plenty of food will be available for purchase. Admission to the fair is free. Game and raffle tickets will be sold on site, 2/$1.
