Sign up to participate in the 2016 Great Pumpkin Classic Kids Fun Run. Kids can run the 50 yard dash, the 1/2 mile, and the 1 mile run. This event will be held on Sunday, Oct. 23, at the Trumbull High School track. Sign up online at runsignup.com/Race/CT/Trumbull/GreatPumpkinClassic.
Join us for the Booth Hill Spooktacular on Friday, Oct. 21. There will be a Trunk or Treat along with games and prizes. Enter your trunk by Oct. 1, and receive 50% off your ticket prices.
Tickets are $10 per child. PTA members who pre-purchase their tickets will receive 10 free prize tickets.

September 30 will be the first Fathers’ Club Movie Night of the school year. Information about the movie will be sent home.
The Fathers’ Club will meet on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 7 p.m. All dads are welcome.
The PTA meeting will be on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 7 p.m. All parents are welcome.
Coleen Figliuzzi, Head of Nursing, will be our guest speaker and discuss the new head lice policy.
An agenda for the meeting will be sent home shortly.
School Photos will be on Friday, Oct. 14. Information will be sent home in early October.
Grade K, 1 and 2 will participate in the Fire Prevention program with the fire department on Monday, Oct. 17, and grade 4 and 5 will attend an election assembly.
Visitation to your child’s classroom will be on Thursday, Oct. 20, in the afternoon or Friday, Oct. 21, in the morning. Invitations will be sent home by your child’s teacher(s) with information regarding the date and time.
