Summer Adult Reading — Runs June 27-Aug. 22. Read a book and complete a form to be eligible for prizes. Details online, www.trumbullct-library.org. Also, be on the lookout for summer activities.
Teens! Summer Reading Bingo — Runs June 27-Aug. 23 for youth entering sixth through 12th grade. Sign up is June 27 for summer activities.
Summer Reading Activities — Registration ongoing. Residents may register for events requiring it, like Animal Embassy, Rainbow Fish Origami, Three Silly Billies, Sciencetellers, etc. Many others are drop in.
CandyLand — Summer reading program begins June 27. Children 3 years-old through grade five can play Candyland. Pick up gameboard at the Children’s Desk. Read and track progress to be eligible to take a single turn on the library’s life-sized Candyland gameboard. Earn Candyland bucks to spend on prizes, while supplies last, at any time during summer reading.
The Jester Jim Show — Back to Basics-Read. Thursday, June 27, 11-noon. The United Way will be back again to take your summer reading pledge after the performance. Child or caregiver must be a Trumbull resident.

Fairchild Children’s Summer Activities start Monday, July 8, with Buzzing Bumblebees. Drop-in storytime for ages birth to 2 years old, with their parent or caregiver. Stories and music.
