Craft festival

Trumbull Interfaith Council Meeting
On Wednesday, Sept. 7, at 7:30 p.m., the Trumbull Interfaith Council Meeting will be at Unity Hill United Church of Christ, 364 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Plans will be finalized for the Wednesday, Sept. 28, Clergy and Laity Supper at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Trumbull, and the annual Thanksgiving Service being held on Monday, Nov. 21, at Christ the King Church, Trumbull.
Family Pasta Night
Family Pasta Night will be held at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 5995 Main St., Trumbull, just north of Trumbull Town Hall, on Saturday, Sept. 10, serving from 5:30-7 p.m. The menu will consist of pasta w/ marinara sauce, meatballs, garlic bread, salad bar, dessert, soft drink beverages. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6-12, and children under 5 are free (maximum cost of $30 per family). Tickets can be purchased at the door. Armenian Picnic Festival
The Armenian Church of the Holy Ascension will hold its annual Armenian Picnic Festival on Sunday, Sept. 11, from noon-4 p.m., at 1460 Huntington Turnpike, in Trumbull, rain or shine.
Enjoy lamb and chicken shish kebab dinners, Armenian desserts, and more. Kids can enjoy Frizzle the clown who will do face painting and create balloon sculptures for free. Dance to today’s Armenian music as well as traditional favorites.

Trip to Pez Candy Factory
On Thursday, Sept. 15, the Women's Fellowship of Unity Hill United Church of Christ, 364 White Plains Road, Trumbull will be taking a tour of the Pez Candy Factory in Orange. Cost is $4 per person. Car pool from church at 12:30 p.m. Tour at 1 p.m. Reservations can be made by calling the church at 203-375-1284.
Bereavement support group
