St. Nicholas fair
On Saturday, Dec. 1, Trinity Episcopal Church is having its St. Nicholas fair from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. The fair will feature a Christmas-themed bake sale and eat-in and/or take-out soups. Also, new this year is a silent auction of various gift baskets and a Chinese auction of various items.
The Parish of St. Catherine of Siena, 220 Shelton Road, Trumbull, is providing an oasis of peace and quiet, in the presence of Our Lord Himself, in the Blessed Sacrament. On Mondays, Dec. 3, 10 and 17, Adoration will take place from 7-8 p.m, and will include a brief reflection from a guest Homilist and conclude with Benediction. The Monday evening reflections will be provided by: Dec. 3: Deacon Patrick Toole; Dec. 10: Father Philip Bochanski; Dec. 17: Father John Connaughton. Trumbull Interfaith Council meeting
On Wednesday, Dec. 5, at 7 p.m., Trumbull Interfaith Council will hold their monthly meeting at Congregation B'nai Torah, 5700 Main St., Trumbull.
Women's Fellowship Christmas Tea
On Thursday, Dec. 6, at 1 p.m., the annual Christmas Tea, sponsored by the Women's Fellowship, will be held at Unity Hill United Church of Christ, 364 White Plains Road, Trumbull. The program will feature the Park Street Singers. For reservations, contact the church at 203-374-8822.
Music of Dean Martin dinner-dance fundraiser
St. Theresa's Knight of Columbus in Trumbull presents its 6th annual dinner-dance fundraiser on Friday, Dec. 7, from 7-11 p.m. Music of Dean Martin will be performed by Jack Lynn.
The benefit will be held at the Circolo Sportive (Italian Club), 2500 Park Ave., in Bridgeport.
All proceeds will go for the direct benefit of a local family in need this Christmas.
Dinner includes: Chicken, macaroni, meatballs and sausage and salad. BYOB; wine and beer available for purchase.
Price is $45 per person; $400 per table. Must be one check, two weeks in advance.

Coastal Chordsmen holiday concert
The Coastal Chordsmen will perform a holiday concert for the benefit of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 406 White Plains Road, on Saturday, Dec. 8, at 2 p.m.
The concert will be followed by a complimentary specialty coffee hour, including holiday treats and baked goods. Tickets are $20 and can be reserved by calling the church office at 203 372 8844, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or purchased at the door on the day of the concert.

The Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception
Our Blessed Mother, under the title of the Immaculate Conception, is the Patroness of the United States. Our celebrations at St. Catherine of Siena, 220 Shelton Road, Trumbull will honor Our Lady and ask her protection on our country, our families, and our parish. Mass will take place on Saturday Dec. 8, at 8 and 10 a.m. Vigil Mass will take place on Friday, Dec. 7, at 5:30 p.m. The Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception is a Holy Day of Obligation. Christmas pageant and tree lighting
After the 4 p.m. mass on Saturday, Dec. 15, students from St. Catherine of Siena School will perform their Christmas pageant, and afterwards, head outside to the front lawn for the third annual Christmas tree lighting, with hot chocolate and cookies for everyone. Pancake breakfast with St. Nick
Breakfast with St. Nick at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 406 White Plains Road will take place on Saturday, Dec. 15, from 8-11 a.m., to support our ministries. Menu includes pancakes (gluten free available), sausage, juice and choice of beverage. Cost is $10 per person for “the works”, $5 per person/child for pancakes and beverage only.
