Vendors and crafters sought

Vendors and crafters are still being sought for the 9th annual Blueberry Festival at Trumbull's Long Hill United Methodist Church. The festival is Saturday, July 25, 10 a.m.-3 p.m, rain or shine and the fee is $35.  If interested, call John DeLorme at 203-372-6766.

Vacation Bible School

Christ Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2975 Nichols Ave. (between highways 15 and 8; across the street from City Line Florist), invites the children of the community to its “International Spy Academy ... where kids investigate and discover the truth about God” Vacation Bible School program which will meet daily, Monday-Friday, Aug. 10-14, from 9:30 a.m.-noon. Children ages 4 through 11 will participate in activities involving "cracking codes and uncovering clues,” Bible stories, uplifting music, indoor and outdoor games, fun crafts and snacks.
