Spring basket bazaar

Benefit for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. Choose from more than 60 themed baskets. For $15, a light lunch of tea sandwiches, drinks, and desserts; also receive 25 raffle tickets for your chance to win a basket. Blood drive

The Knights of Columbus Council #5806 is sponsoring a blood drive in memory of Bernie Helfrich on Saturday, April 13 from 8 a.m.-12:45 p.m., at Saint Catherine of Siena Church, 220 Shelton Road in Trumbull. Craft and gift fair

The Sisterhoods of Congregations Adath Israel of Newtown and B’nai Torah in Trumbull will jointly sponsor a Mother’s Day Craft and Gift Fair on Sunday, May 5 from 1-4 p.m., at B’nai Torah. There will be a large assortment of gift items for Mother’s Day, birthdays, graduations, weddings and more. Massages, henna painting, manicures and face painting will be available as well as lunch and freshly made baked goods.
