Two long-time Trumbull policemen, with a combined 62 years of service in town, were sworn-in Monday as the department’s new deputy chiefs, as reported by John Kovach and Trumbull Times editor Kate Czaplinski on HAN Radio's Coffee Break Tuesday morning.

Ronald Kirby, who joined the force in 1985, and Thomas Savarese III, who joined in 1982, were sworn in Monday by First Selectman Tim Herbst at a ceremony at town hall. Read more here.
