A Madison Avenue man was arrested on three counts of violation of conditions of release at his home at 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 5.
Police said Anthony Frascatore, 27, was supposed to be in a rehabilitation program that included weekly visits to his probation officer but hadn’t met his court requirements in weeks.
According to a report, Frascatore’s father called Trumbull police when his son showed up at their Madison Avenue home because he knew his son had several warrants for his arrest.
Frascatore posted bail on a $10,000 bond, a $7,500 bond and a $1,000 bond for violating his probation terms.
Police said he’s been arrested in the past for possession of narcotics, evading the scene of an accident, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, and failure to appear in court.
He was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday, April 13.
