A threatening message, written on a wall in a girls bathroom at Trumbull High School, prompted response from state police late Thursday afternoon.

Trumbull Police Lt. Leonard Scinto said that officials responded to the school at 4:30 p.m. after a message was found written on the wall in the restroom, making reference to a bomb. Local police, the fire marshal's office and members of the Connecticut State Police Emergency Service Unit and Canines responded.

No devices were located.  Thursday evening events were postponed but school will be in session tomorrow, police said.
