An underage Westport man was arrested for allegedly driving drunk, after the car he was driving flipped over onto its roof Saturday.

All five people, including driver Fabrice Dwor-Frecaut, 20, were able to get out safely. Police said the car flipped over around 2 a.m. Saturday morning on Main Street, near Alden Avenue.

All the people in the car were under 21, and, at first, would not tell police who was driving, according to the report. Police finally were able to identify Dwor-Frecaut as the driver. Those who had been in the car said they were leaving a party in town.

At headquarters, a breath test revealed Dwor-Frecaut had a blood alcohol content of .107 and .101 in a second test.

He was charged with DUI, DUI while under the age of 21 and failure to drive right.

Bond was set at $500 and he will appear in court March 3.
