Amy Todisco, an estate planning and probate attorney, and Samuel Braunstein, a tax and business law attorney, have been selected by their peers to appear in The Best Lawyers in America.

Braunstein’s acknowledgement will be in the field of business organizations, including LLCs and partnerships, while Todisco’s will be in the field of elder law.

The Trumbull residents have a law firm in Fairfield called Braunstein and Todisco.

Todisco holds a bachelor of arts with honors in government, juris doctor and master’s of laws (taxation) degrees. She is a frequent lecturer on estate planning; Medicaid and related elder law planning matters, including wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, conservatorships and Medicaid/Title 19 planning; and is active in a myriad of community and professional organization activities.

Braunstein holds a bachelor of science in business accounting, master’s of business administration, juris doctor and master’s of laws (taxation) degrees. He is a frequent lecturer on business organizations, taxation, estate planning and related financial planning matters.

The husband and wife have a daughter, Ariel, who is a law student at George Washington University.
