Alzheimer’s disease

Free information session on Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias on Friday, Aug. 8, 11 a.m. For all members. Learn the warning signs you should be aware of and the basic knowledge of symptoms and risk factors. You will be informed on ways to stay physically and mentally active to keep your body and mind strong as you get older.

Presented by Lidia Ayala and Eric Cerino. Question and answer will follow. Approximately 45 minute presentation.

AARP Smart Driving course

Sept. 19, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at the Senior Center. Learn driving techniques, proven safety strategies, new traffic laws and rules of the road.

No tests to pass. Sign up and learn. Upon completion, you could receive a multi-year discount on your car insurance.
