Read Aloud Day is Thursday, Oct. 26. Each class will have a guest reader come to their class. Fourth grade will be on a field trip \u2014 guest readers will be scheduled on an alternate day. Our PTA Halloween Spooktacular Party will be held on Friday, Oct. 27. Flyers were sent home. There are two sessions 5:30-7 p.m., and 7:30-9 p.m. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, Oct. 20. Monday, Oct. 30 and Thursday, \u00a0Nov. 2, will be legal day dismissals at 1 p.m., for afternoon conferences. Wednesday, \u00a0Nov. 8, will also be a legal day dismissal at 1 p.m., but for evening conferences. No lunch will be served on all three dates. Conferences are by appointment only and sign-ups are online. The Frenchtown Fathers\u2019 Club will be holding their first Parents Night Out on Saturday \u00a0Nov. 4. They will start with an exclusive showing of Bad Mom Xmas at Bow Tie Cinemas at 5 p.m., followed by an evening of food and fun at InSports from 7-10 p.m. A flyer with additional information will be sent home soon. This year, Trumbull Read Aloud will take place at Middlebrook Elementary School on Thursday, Oct. 26. The school invites community and family volunteers to join us as one of our volunteer readers. If you are able to share your time with our students on one or more days, please complete the Read Aloud registration form, available in the school office. Volunteers must also complete both pages of the TPS School Volunteer Security Check form, also available in the school office.
