As part of Tashua’s Earth Day program, the 2014 kindergartners helped plant two trees along the Dayton Road side of Tashua School grounds on Tuesday Aprill 22. These sugar maples will grow about one-foot each year. Children joined in to talk about why it’s good to plant trees and how big they will become. These trees were planned by Tashua’s ogreen committee, picked out by the Trumbull Conservation Committee and provided by the Aquarion Water Company.
