School Briefs - Middlebrook School

Understanding Wildlife’s “Live on Stage, the Rainforest,” will be at Middlebrook on Friday, Feb. 7. Understanding wildlife is a non-for profit organization that travels from California to New York City with this Rainforest program. There will be shows at 5pm and 7pm for the entire family. Students will be able to interact with creatures like macaws, talking amazons and mischievous monkeys that will keep them laughing all night. The cost for the program is $5 per person; children under 3 years old are free. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Volunteers are needed to teach the Junior Achievement program to the students in grades 2-5. This program will start in April and finish in May. There are usually 5 to 6 lessons to teach. Contact Heather Howell if you can volunteer at:
