School Briefs - Middlebrook School

The Read to Grow book collection will continue. We have collected and donated 1,176 books for Read to Grow in January and February. The next pick up will be around April 12. You can help spread the love of reading by donating new or gently used children’s books in the donation bin located in the front lobby.

Kidstuff coupon book sale has been extended to March 20. Please either return your unused book to school or send in payment of $25 to Middlebrook PTA.

The Student Council is raising funds for Crayon’s for Cancer, an organization that provides toys to children in hospitals and helps to off-set costs of parking and meals for the parents. Bring your old, broken crayons to Mrs. Hatstat’s classroom and volunteer to peel the crayons. Volunteer to bring home a bag of crayons to melt and make into new crayons which you will return to Mrs. Hatstat when done. The “new” crayons will be for sale at the Book Fair on April 4 and 5, or School Store in April, May, and June for just $1.
