School Briefs - Frenchtown School

The March PBIS Pillar of the Month is Friendliness, and the Country of the Month is Ireland. We will also be learning about Women’s History month.

Some of the THS students in the musical Crazy For You, will perform for grades 3, 4 and 5 tomorrow morning.

The CMT Pep Rally for grades 3, 4 and 5 will be Friday, March 1, in the gym from 1:30-3 p.m. Mr. Carley will be the DJ and the program will be Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader. Students and staff should wear Frenchtown spirit wear or blue and white for Spirit Day. Classes will also celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday and Read Across America Day with in-class stories and projects.

CMTs for grades 3, 4 and 5 begin Tuesday, March 5. Students should get plenty of rest each night and eat a good breakfast each morning. Students must arrive on time each day. There will be no homework during CMTs but students should continue to read 20 minutes per night.

The Father’s Club meeting will be Wednesday, March 6, at 7:30 p.m., in the teacher’s lounge. All Frenchtown dads are invited to attend.
