Jane Ryan School

Door prizes and baked goods are needed for Bingo Night on Friday, March 27. Please drop off door prize items in the JR office by Tuesday, March 24.

Junior Achievement helpers are still needed in some classes. If you are interested or would like more information, contact Maura Rhodes.

Jane Ryan’s Bingo Night at Madison Middle School will be on Friday, March 27 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. (Doors open at 6). Admission is $1 per person and includes a door prize ticket. Game pack is $8 per person (includes three Bingo cards per game and one extra door prize). Pizza is available for pre-order. It is $12 for a large plain. If ordering a pizza, include a check made payable to Jane Ryan PTA. To reserve a seat and pizza, please complete the form that went home in your child’s backpack. Due to state regulations, tickets may only be purchased at the door (no advance ticket sales). Doors will be open to the public. Please contact Laura Barbagallo with questions.

The next school store will be on Thursday, March 26.

The PTA will be hosting a book fair on Tuesday, April 21. All books will be buy one, get one free. More details to follow.

The Cub Scout Spring Clean Up will be on Monday, April 27 after school. The Lion’s Pride Garden Group will have their spring clean up on Saturday, May 2 from noon-4 p.m.

The Father’s Club Annual Golf Tournament will be on Monday, May 11. Rain date is Tuesday, May 19. Registration is at 9:30 a.m., with a shotgun tee off at 11 a.m. Cost is $180 per player. This event is limited to 144 golfers – 36 foursomes. The format will be SCRAMBLE using a minimum of two drives off the tee from all team members. Middlebrook School

Friday, March 13, is Bingo Night. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and games begin at 6:30.

The Mixed Bags fund-raiser begins March 16 and ends March 27. Sales brochures will be sent home with your child.

Thursday, March 19, 7:15-8:15 p.m. PTA Meeting in the Media Center.

Now through March 31, Student Council is asking students to collect coins to help benefit the “Pennies for Patients” campaign of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. A small box was sent home with each student and needs to be returned to their teacher at the end of the month.
