Rachel Lieber, daughter of Annette and Marc Lieber of Rockville, Maryland, married Keith Hofmann, son of Mary and James Hofmann of Trumbull on July 3. Rabbi Shira Stutman of Sixth and I Historic Synagogue in Washington, D.C. performed the ceremony at the Cooper Hill Inn in East Dover, VT. They were joined during the ceremony by their siblings and their families.
The bride graduated from the Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School in 2006 and from Tufts University in 2010. She received a Master of Science in Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2011. She is a Technical Advisor for Management Sciences for Health in Arlington, VA, where she works to improve access to medicines in low-income countries.
The groom is a 2006 graduate of Fairfield College Preparatory School and a 2010 graduate of Tufts University. He is a Senior Data Analyst with Kennell & Associates of Falls Church, VA, where he analyzes data to inform U.S. Military Health System policy decisions.
After a reception at the Cooper Hill Inn, the couple honeymooned in Thailand. They live in Arlington.
